⚙️Configuration

Greeting message

Audio file played before recording. Create one in the audio studio or upload your own (optional).

Email address

Email address to receive voicemails with MP3 attachment and full AI transcription text (required).

Maximum duration

Maximum recording duration in seconds (default: 60). Messages exceeding this limit are automatically stopped.

AI transcription

Enable automatic speech-to-text transcription using Google Cloud Speech-to-Text Chirp 3 model. Cost tracked per message.

AI priority detection

Enable automatic priority classification (urgent/high/normal/low) via Vertex AI analysis of the transcribed content.

AI summary

Enable automatic summarization of the voicemail content for quick reading in notifications and dashboards.

SLA rules

Configure SLA targets: time_to_listen (max delay before first listen), time_to_close (max resolution time), time_to_callback (max delay before callback).

Team assignment

Enable team workflow to assign messages to specific team members with status tracking through the full lifecycle.
